Built for business with infrastructure in place and room to expand

The Selkirk Business Park provides room for light industrial and retail development to grow. Over the next five years, the City of Selkirk will be developing 80 new lots for small and medium industrial firms as well as a dedicated commercial area. The total development will extend across four parcels of land comprising of 275 acres.

The Park is situated along the intersection of Highway 9A and Easton Drive with proximity to a major transportation network, utility corridor and major big box retail development. The area has direct access to Centreport, Winnipeg International and St. Andrews airports, and the trans-continental CPR line – providing an array of access options to the North American market.

The land is City-owned and immediately available for purchase within the development. Full services include electrical (96% renewable energy), responsibly sourced natural gas, water, wastewater, and telecommunications/high-speed fibre optic. Rough grading will be completed on sites upon site plan approval.

For the benefit of the Business Park community and the city overall, common sense development and site standards are in place to maintain long-term functional, aesthetic and sustainability consistency.
