Business Investor Stream - MPNP

The Business Investor Stream (BIS) lets the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) recruit and nominate global business investors and entrepreneurs. These applicants must intend and have the ability to start or purchase a business in Manitoba.

The BIS includes two pathways:

The BIS ensures that all business nominees invest in businesses that Manitobans and support the economy.

Global Skills Strategy - Dedicated Services Channel

The Global Skills Strategy (GSS) helps Canadian employers attract top international talent through prioritized processing. It offers faster application processing times and work permit exemptions. The initiative does not provide direct funding. It reduces hiring timelines and costs through streamlined processes for eligible high-skilled workers, their families, and employers.
