Red River College Polytech & Peguis-Fisher River Campus

The Red River College Polytech Interlake & Peguis-Fisher River Campus serves communities in the Interlake and North Eastman Region. It provides a variety of community-based programs and part-time courses. Administrative offices in Selkirk manage and coordinate training across the region, with campuses in Selkirk, Peguis, and Fisher River.

Programs and courses reflect industry needs and instructors bring expertise and industry knowledge into the classroom. They help prepare students to become leaders in their chosen fields. The college partners with industry to keep the curriculum current and relevant in today’s work environment. Students gain hands-on learning experiences, engage with guest speakers, and participate in on-the-job learning opportunities.

Academy of Learning Career College

The Academy of Learning Career College provides diploma programs for students pursuing careers in business, accounting, community service. It also offers programs in education, health care, home inspection, and computer services such as blockchain technology and web design.

Lord Selkirk Education Centre

Adult Programming (High School Credits)
The Adult Learning Centre at 303 Main Street in Selkirk offers learners aged 19+  the opportunity to complete a Grade 12 Mature Student Diploma. It also helps learners improve their employability skills or upgrade credits for entrance into post-secondary educational institutions.

Adult Programming (Literacy/Numeracy or Pre-Credits)
Adult learners who require academic upgrading before completing credits can access the Selkirk Adult Learning Program at 425 Eveline Street. The Eveline Street program in the Selkirk Friendship Centre offers free upgrading in math, reading, writing, and computer basics.
